While assigning HCPCS code to grafts, human tissue, bone cements, just wanted to know if C1734 (Orthopedic/device/drug matrix for opposing bone-to-bone or soft tissue-to bone (implantable)) can be assigned to bone cements comprising of calcium sulfate intended for bone void filling. It would be highly appreciated if some one throws light on this.
