Patient is post-op for septoplasty (30520) and submucous resection of the inferior turbinate (30140).

Patient came in for a post-op exam and doctor ended up giving a therapeutic injection (96372) of Depo Medrol (J1040). Can we bill for that? Or is it considered part of the global package?
