Wiki Can we report K51.90 & K52.3 together when the colonoscopy report says Pancolitis ulcerative colitis

I have a claim where the clinics has mentioned both K51.90 & K52.3 on the claim where in the colonoscopy report it clearly says "Pancolitis ulcerative colitis. Inflammation was found from the sigmoid colon to the cecum. This was severe and graded as Mayo Score 3(severe disease), worsened compared to previous examinations. Biopsied."

Please advise.

Seems K51.00 is more specified.
