Can someone please tell me if I have a parent come in and they do not bring their child with for a visit am I able to charge for the visit? Mom came in for a lactation visit and did not think she needed to bring her child. Since the E/M wording has changed are we able to charge for this now in 2021? Can we bill on time spent? I appreciate any help!
