can you bill for irrigation with sinus surgery

My physician is wanting to bill for irrigation during his sinus surgeries. I am not showing these codes are bundled in the CCI edits, but have been told this is inclusive to the surgery. Can anyone direct me to a resource that I am able to show my physician the reasoning why we should not bill separately? Please advise. Thanks.
