Can you bill 29880 AND 29881 together on the same bill? The physician did both midial and lateral and wants to bill each seperatly.
 
Not sure what you mean by billing separately. Do you mean medial menisectomy and
lageral menisectomy separate ? Do you mean to different insurance companies?

Did he both knees? You bill both together unless you did one procedure on one knee and the other on the other knee.

29880 states medial AND lateral
