For those who know the rules much better than I do at this point. After an audit, I was told that you can have a detailed HX without a PFS history compoenent if it is not "Pertinent". Can I get a second opinion please? Is this correct? Just wanting a confirmation. Thanks!

The only time you don't need PFSH for anything higher than EPF is when CPT says "interval history" in the descriptor.

You don't have to do anything that is not pertinent, but you are going to be limited to a lower level if you don't get the required elements.
