I'm thinking 11044 and 11047 ?

General anesthesia was established. The patient was placed in the lateral position, right side up. The back and perineum were prepped and draped in the usual surgical fashion. The large necrotic eschar was incised. Necrotic and foul smelling tissue was underneath. The wound was extensive. Skin, soft tissue and muscle were debrided down to bone. There was also an area on the right lower back/scaral area that has skin discoloration. A 12 cm by 8 cm disc of skin was removed to expose a pocket of purulent material. Cultures were taken. All necrotic and unhealthy tissue was debrided leaving a large open wound with exposed bone in total measuring 26 cm x 16 cm x 4 cm. The wound is in close proximity to the anus and tracts into the scrotum. Dr. XXX debrided the scrotum, dictated separately. 1/2 inch penrose drain was placed from the scrotal wound into the buttock wound to allow drainage from the scrotal area.
