Wiki Can you report 49654 twice?

My surgeon did a Laparscopic Incisional Hernia repair on a patient, however the patient had two incisional hernias in different locations. This was all done laparoscopic so can I report 49654 x 2 or do I need to report 49654-22?? I will also mention that the surgeon did 60mins of LOA.

Any help is appreciated!
