Can you bill a 99213 w/ 25 mod and 12001 with 29130 w/mod 51 and get reimbursed for all ?

The 3 codes can be billed together if the documentation supports that they are significant and separately identifiable. What body part was the repair performed on? Was the E/M charge significant and separately identifiable?

The modifier that you'd need on the procedures may vary by payer. Not all payers like the 51 modifier.
