Wiki Can Z78.9 be used for full code status

Is there a code for Full code status, the patient want all measures to be taken to prevent death. Md is using Z78.9 but I don't believe this is correct can someone help me.
 
It is not something you would code at all. We would assume that every patient would desire the same unless otherwise noted on their chart. This is not a diagnosis, it is a desire, a state of mind, and not a code able issue and not something to communicate to a payer. In the inpatient setting, it is not something that is noted until the patient does not want life saving measures, then a notation is made and the patient is flagged.
