Wiki Canaloplasty coverted to Trabeculectomy

Surgeron did a cataract(66984) then was suppose to do a canal with stent (66175)
but because of the canal was found to be incomplete and obstructed the surgeron converted to a do a trabeculectomy.
So now surgeron says to code it as 66984-cataract , 66172-trabeculectomy and 66174--canaloplasty no stent
Not sure if this is right , I thought you cant code something that was not finished?

I think its just 66984 AND 66172 , not sure though
