Hello,

Question: What modifier do need for a patient who surgery was canceled due to unforeseen situation with him after anesthesia was given. Surgery was scheduled for outpatient but ended up as inpatient. I know modifier 73 and 74 is for outpatient but I'm clueless in this situation. Please help!
