We have dieticians calling patients or seeing them in our cancer center. We are currently not billing but I want to. I know Medicare guidelines do not cover a cancer diagnoisis for codes 97082-084. Is anyone billing for these services?? Could we bill it into the facility fee?? I am having trouble finding information on this.
