Capsulorraphy???? on Breast Implants

:confused::confused::confused:I have a physician who performs / states capsulorraphy, I have not ever heard this. Is there any direction as to how to code this? What is the difference between capsulorraphy vs capsulectomy?:confused: Thanks so much in advance!
 
Our doctor also uses this term for breast reconstruction with the implant placement. My understanding is that the capsulorraphy is included with you implant placement.
