Hi All, I need assistance billing for a patient that delivered in the car and came to the hospital ER. This patient had been receiving her OB care at another facility and was admitted and followed by my provider for preeclampsia. My provider also repaired a 4th degree laceration.

I would like to bill 13131 for the laceration repair and the appropriate E&M inpatient levels for each day she was in-house.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Diane
