Wiki Cardia Rehab billing for facility & Physician

Can somebody share with me what you have done to be able to get paid for Cardiac Rehab for both the facility and physician (CPT 93798). we already met with all the requirements. but still whoever first submits the claim, that will get paid. So if the facility submit their claim first then they will get paid and the physcisian will get denial.
Please help

In my experience, cardiac rehab is ordered by the physician but the actual service is provided by a therapist in a facility. Is your physician providing the cardiac rehab in place of a therapist?
