My provider states he performed Programmed stimulation and pacing after IV drug infusion. However once I questioned thee provider he stated "I just put the patient on the table and watched on the monitor for extra heart beats. When I saw nothing, I administered isuprel. Since he had nothing, I didn't get access or put catheters in". Below is the body of the OP note.

Would we still bill an ablation code with modifier 52 for reduced service and the add on code for the drug administration?
