We went in to do a CABG began case at 7:10am, patient had a bladder neck contracture, had to cancel CABG at 8:05 and went in at 9:05 to do a Cystoscopy. Can we bill for the cancelled CABG or do we just bill for the completed case? I have never run across this problem before.
