I am told that bilateral renals done with a cardiac cath in 2011 are not billable anymore. We used to bill the renals 36245/36245 (with mods) and the 75724-26. Doesn't this still stand? I am unable to find any documentation in the LCD's from Palmetto. Any thoughts on where I can find the documentation or even if it is true?
