How would you code:
1.Left Heart cath
2.Left ventriculopathy
3.Right coronary angiography
4.Left internal mammary artery angiography.
5.Right internal mammary artery angiography.
6.Right femoral arterial angiography
7.Placement of a 6 french self-tightening suture Agio-Seal.

This should be billed 93459- LHC w/ grafts.
