Hi.

I could use some help. My doctor did a cath on a patient recently. This is what happened.

Left heart cath with LIMA, SVG to the OM and SVG to the RCA, PCI attempted however the guide cath would not seat well enough to perform the procedure.

The code that I came up with are:
93459-26-59
93564
92920-RC-53

I would appreciate any feed back anyone has on this. Thank you.

93459 has the bypass grafts in the code, so no 93564- which is for congential heart cath.
