Okay, I need more cardiovascular thoracic HELP!!! This question was posed to me and since I am not 100% certain of the cpt code ranges that would encompass these procedures I am at a loss.

The doctor is advising the staff that these procedures have no global period? Is this accurate? I see from looking at many of the actual coding questions on this forum that many of the codes listed have 0 days global. Is there ever a time when this would be different?
 
The cardiac cath codes 93451-93533 have zero global. The coronary stent codes 92980-92981, coronary angioplasty codes 92982-92984 follow the global periods of their primary procedures (most likely cardiac caths). I hope this helps!
