My physician wrote "left heart catheterization with selective coronary angiography, left ventriculography, aortography and graft angiography" is this all included in the 93458. Thanks in advance. I feel like i am missing somthing.:d
 
That does not include the grafts or aortography. 93459-26 includes the graft(s) (LIMA and/or SV). 93567 for aortography.

You should read the report to ensure all components were met.
