I am testing for remote coding position. On the test patient came to the ER for chest pain. He had an ekg and chest x-ray. Said cardiac enzymes came back normal. I can't seem to find code for this..HELP!!

Hello - since the tests were normal, you would use the signs and symptoms, which is the "chest pain".
