we have post TAVR corevalve pt's come in for cardiac fluoroscopies and I have been using V70.7 as a secondary dx. along with the V43.3 to code the 76000. Should I be putting a Q0 modifier on the 76000?

The Q0 modifier is for procedures under trials. You would need a trial number. You need modifier 26 on 76000 unless your physician owns the equipment and performs both professional and technical components, then you can bill the global code. Otherwise, 76000-26.
