cardiac injury and induced hypoxic injury

Hello,
Is the appropriate dx code for cardiac injury 861.00? I was nort sure if there was another appropriate code or not. The physcian stated on the first day of critical care treatment that the patient had cardiac ischemic injury, and on another visit, the physician documented the patient definitely had hypoxic induced injury. documentation states this was based on serologic evidence and abnormal enzymes ( cardiovascular) Is this the same or is it different dx codes? Thanks!:cool:
