Hi I am new to Cardiology and having trouble finding a few ICD 10 Codes. Any help would be appreciated.

Note states: The LVEF is 62% There is evidence for reverse redistribution in this study ( Nuclear Stress Test) That is the only finding I am unsure what the correct code would be.

Asymmetric Septal Hypertrophy ?

Aortoiliac aneurysm?

Inferolateral Ischemia?
