Wiki Cardiology coding question

I am new to cardiology and have an op note that list:

1.Left heart catheterization
2. Selective bi-lateral coronary angiography
3. left ventriculogram.
4. Selective right illiofemoral angiography

I am using code 93458 for the first 3 codes but is there a separate code for the illiofemoral angiography? I can't seem anything that would work with my primary code.

Why was the angiography done? If it was done only for closure of the access site, it is included with the cath.

I believe the femoral angiography was probably done to assess the closure method, and is not separately billable.
