Hello fellow coders little help please, New Cardiologist, new procedures. Do we code cath placement of the Lower extremity seperate or is it bundled like Cors and LV with hrt cath now? Seperate codes for aortic bifurcation and iliac stents? Thank you for any advise and knowledge you guys always share.-

From your question, I can only say that the cath placement (362...cpt) can be billed if diagnostic angiogram only being performed. however if then intervention is performed then only the 7 thousand code plus intervention be billed except MD performed upper extremity angiogram.
