ok, dr. want to bill for cardiopulmonary exercise testing during an exercise RHC. Right now I bill the 93451 w. 93464 but he is saying the cpet is more involved and different from regular exercise RHC. The only code I've been able to find is 94621 and I looked at the cci edits and didn't see one for that w.the rhc. Does anyone know if this is the correct code and can we bill for it in the cathlab?

Have you heard anything back on this query? Have you dug in and learned anything more about the CPET? My physician came back from a conference "ready to do" and bill for them, but I am unfamiliar with them. Thank you in advance.
