I normally code for anesthesia, but we get quite a few cardiovascular cases and unfortunately this is probably my weakest area. Does anyone have any site suggestions for coding practice. A couple of the one's I know of have coding scenarios but they always seem to be the same cases and codes and don't update or switch the scenarios out for new ones. Any suggestions would be of great help.

it depends on what kind of cases you come across but Dr. Z may be a good reference for you. He focuses on vascular coding but there is also a lot of info about cardiology procedures too
