If a cardioversion is performed during a heart catherization to break a v-fib rhythm that was caused by flooding the left circumflex during angiography, is the cardioversion billable?

The code 92960 states elective so I don't believe it applies. Would you use 93799 for cardiovascular unlisted procedure or is the cardioversion just not billable?
