My provider is asking me if there is a code that will allow us to bill for time spent co-ordinating care...example, pt is seen in the office (99213) then another 30-60 minutes is used to contact other medical providers to come up with a plan of care, faxing records etc....

I have looked at the CPT book and am now more confused then ever :( Help!!
