Does anyone have problems w/UHC covering 99339 (CARE PLAN OVERSIGHT)?? I'm getting denials back from UHC that it's part of a seperatly billed services/tests that have been bundled which usually implies that they are going to bundle it w/another code but you are allowed to bill one 99339 a month & it had been 6 months since I'd billed that code. I don't know if maybe someone else is getting it pd. w/a certain modifier??:confused:
 
I have been having the same issue, but with ALL payers. Which payers accept your care plan oversight claims?
