I feel so dumb. Does anyone know the location code for the care plan oversight charges? :o
 
No need to feel dumb. Our Medicare carrier in Virginia (Trailblazer) told us to use the office as the place of service because the orders are formulated/reviewed in the office.

Care Plan Oversight

Our FI has us use place of service home, as that is where the pt is in our situations. We are a Critical Access Hospital and were getting denials for using the office.
