I feel so dumb. Does anyone know the location code for the care plan oversight charges?

No need to feel dumb. Our Medicare carrier in Virginia (Trailblazer) told us to use the office as the place of service because the orders are formulated/reviewed in the office.

Care Plan Oversight

Our FI has us use place of service home, as that is where the pt is in our situations. We are a Critical Access Hospital and were getting denials for using the office.

We generally tell providers POS 11, since they are in the office when performing the service.
