Hope you help me with this
We are confused how to code Care plan oversight services for Medicaid patients. As per CPT book we were using CPT 99374 & 99375 to code these services.
Medicaid has denied stating procedure is invalid.
We can not use G0179 & G0180 as these codes we can only bill to Medicare.
Is there any alternative / revised codes for Care plan oversight services that we can code for Medicaid ?
