Is anyone's practice using the CPO codes? Can someone provide me some feedback as to how these are going. What Place of Service Code is used with these codes.

Hello Wendy,

At our practice we have been able to successfully bill CPO to several different carriers. We use POS 11 (office) because this is where our docs review the documents - and we've never received a denial based on POS. I would suggest using the POS that reflects where your docs are spending most of their time performing CPO.
