Our technicians are sometimes having patients exercise during carotid duplex studies, but 93880 does not include exercise or stress. Is there a way to bill extra for this service.

I have told them there is no code for this, but they are coming back to me again because it is more work, takes longer, and sometimes necessary to get good results.

Any suggestions?
