the physician did left carotid stent with cerebral angio on a inpatient . after couple hours patient had blurry vision and slurred speech so patient was brought back same day to lab and the physician did again cerebral angio to check for thrombosis or instent stenosis. am I suppose to bill angio twice or should I code 37215 first time and second time angio with xs modifier ?
