I am trying to obtain a auth for a Carotid stent intervention and I used 37215 but AIM is telling me it is no longer in use. I am not able to find a code that has replaced that and unfortunately I do not have the 2020 code book as of yet. Does anyone know if the code has changed for the new year?

37215 is inpatient only code for carotid stent still active so you won't get separate auth for 37215 but you have get auth for inpatient
