Good morning! I need suggestion for coding a Carpometacarpal arthroplastyof thumb, with excision of Trapezium, (WITHOUT RECONSTRUCTION)The surgeon decided against the reconstruction because it would not have offered much benefit to the patient. I am thinking 25447 with (52) reduced services modifier.
