Does anyone have experience coding case management services with Code T1017? We have a patient that has started case management in a family practice setting. Medicaid is denying as not a covered service/not on their fee schedule for the regular E/M code, however, they advised we can use an alternate code and I am wondering if the T-code is the one to use? HELP!!
