Hello, Is anyone out there billing for cast overwraps in the case where a cast was applied after surgery and is bivalved to allow room for post-op swelling then at office post-op visit it is being overwrapped to close the cast rather than replacing replacing to maintain stabilization of the fracture. If you are are you using cast application/supply codes or just supply code? Thank you!
