Looking for a ICD 10 code for Castleman's disease. Our physician states it is more than just a lymphadenopathy and I do not see a direct code for Castleman's disease. Would appreciate all thoughts and advice. Thank you.
 
I have not run into this particular disease to code but have heard Castleman's compared to a myeloproliferative disorder which could get you to D47.1?
I would probably ask the physician if he/she agrees with it though.
