I have done many cat sx co-management claims and have always used 11 as place of service at our providers office. I'm now getting an insurance that is saying 11 is not appropriate for the place of service. This doesn't make any sense to me. We are providing the service at our office. Does anyone have something that shows correct billing is using an 11 for place of service on a cat sx co-management claim?
