Hi,

I am coding a cataract extraction with subconjunctival injection. I have 66984 for the cataract but not sure if I can also code for the injection 68200 or would this be bundled into the procedure? I checked the CCI edits and it's listed with a "1" so I could add modifier 59 but I'm not sure this would be considered a seperate and distinct procedure?

Any thoughts...Thank you
