Wiki cataract surgery and anterior vitrectomy

Pt had complicated cataract surgery and anterior vitrectomy of the left eye. After cataract removal it was noted that the inferior portion of the capsulorhexis and posterior capsule had collapsed and torn away and vitreous has presented A manuel and automatic vitrectomy was carried out both anterior and posterior through the pars plana, and once all the vitreous was clear from the front of the eye the implant was placed. Any coding hints.

I know to use the 66982 but not sure on the vitrectomy code. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!!!

Check 67036.
Out of curiousity, do you meet the guidelines for the complex cataract code? You know it's not a matter of the extraction being complicated or difficult. There is specific criteria for using 66982.
