Cath for Pulm Htn, post cath no pulm htn

MD billed a diagnostic right heart cath with Pulm Htn as the diagnosis. In conclusions he states the patient does not have Pulm Htn. If we bill this code, we are giving the patient something he does not have. The code V71.7 seems to fit. I rarely use any V codes. Are there any suggestion?
