I need help I code Ortho and just been given the task of learning Pediatric Surgery and new to the forum so I could use some fellow coders help . The physcian put in a intraperitoneal catheter for dialysis but is stopped functioning. Know he is going in to do a revision of the catheter I cannot find a revision code.
